11:30 a.m. — 1:00 p.m. EDT
Remote
We are back with another addition to the Lunch and Learn series designed to provide insight into the DLBA’s application process. The DLBA’s land disposition programs are based on project type, capacity, and the ability to fund your development/project vision.
The DLBA has various agreements that will provide site control while you structure your project and the financing required to go from project start to completion. In this webinar, we will provide a few lending institutions and grantors whose products and programs you may find useful.
Join us live on our main page, August 26th at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time for a chance to chat with experts.
This is a Facebook Live event. Watch the meeting here: https://www.facebook.com/buildingdetroit
