During this shorter meeting, the BIHZ committee approved eight items including:

• Granting an appeal for a variance reducing the minimum required front yard setback from 96.7 feet to 18 feet for an existing outdoor pickleball court at 3501-3515 Zenith Ave S.
• Four appointments to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
• Accepting $1,575,000 in Minnesota Housing Impact Fund grants. The funds will be awarded to developers who are either constructing new housing or rehabilitating existing homes. The funding will support at least 21 affordable housing units at 80% of area median income or below.
