First comment: A resident addressed their concern for being billed for drainage fees for years for a property that is not theirs . The commentor wanted to know the resources and person the resident should be connected with.

The Department says they have the location info and will address it. The timeline given is a bout a day or so.. to further address concern with resident.

The next & final comment: There was a question on how to bring more awareness to the life line program. The commentor stated "Wayne Metro is Swamped." And the person wanted to know what the department plans are with letting more people know about the program.

Public comment ended at 1:11 PM & There were two public comments. Now things are going kind of fast in the meeting, but the audit & Finance Review for October & November 2023 is happening now.
