DoIT meets vital needs for other city projects and departments, including police, the LEAN team, postage in an election year and cybersecurity for city employees. Emphasis was placed on the need for improvements to the City of Detroit website and app.
The American Heart Association opposed a proposed cigar bar at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Chair Alisha Bell recommended anyone with concerns attend the Wayne County Airport Authority’s Board of Directors meeting on Feb. 19.
