Pursuant to the City of Chula Vista Charter § 605 and Municipal Code Chapter 2.45, the Board of Library Trustees represents the needs of the community and advise the City Council on issues pertinent to the City’s libraries. The Board works with the Library Director; reviews library policies; and provides feedback on library activities and plans.
