  • During this introductory meeting for members of the Rent Stabilization Work Group, facilitators walked members through discussion group agreements and a road map for developing policy. 

  • Staff from the local commercial real estate and planning firm NEOO are facilitating these sessions

  • Next meeting: Center for Urban and Regional Affairs (CURA) will present on their rent stabilization research, and Mapping Prejudice will present on the history of housing discrimination.
