When you arrive in the lobby, check in at the front desk. The attendant will direct you to the elevators that go to the 30th floor. Once on the 30th floor, again check in at the reception window. Tell them you are a member of the public, there to attend the board meeting. They will put you in a waiting room until they are ready to start the meeting.
