Barbara Sykes offered a change to the meeting agenda. The change limited additions to being made at least 2 business days before the meeting

Robinson said that this policy I needed by Akron Children's to provide the service through the NOELA program
Molenaur read all policies which are heading to the regular board meeting for votes and reading.
A staffer said that Akron Children's requires mandatory policy changes like providing feminine hygiene products in schools and limiting state testing and prep time.
Sykes said she has read the policies and said she is "offended" by her statement

Sykes agreed and requested for a vote on the issue without any readings
Molenaur said that she agrees with Sykes and requested a suspension of the rules
