This incudes maintenance of terminal buildings, vehicles, parking, roadways and other areas surrounding city assets.

Next was Ordinance No. 1213-2022 which requested authority for the Director of Economic Development to enter into a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Agreement with Bridgeworks, LLC to assist w/financing Bridgeworks Development Project.

@cledocumenters @signalcleveland 50% of the apartments will be Affordable Minimum Income (AMI) units. TIF is an economic development mechanism that will be used to finance the project. The Cleveland Metropolitan School District will receive $495,000 annually from the TIF financing.

@cledocumenters @signalcleveland Last item, Ordinance No. 185-2023 authorizing the city to acquire and re-convey properties owned by 1900 E. 6th Street, LLC and/or 1900 E. 6th Street for the purpose of entering into the chain-of-title prior to a TIF agreement for the Fidelity Hotel.
