• Approved the passage of a resolution to complete the revenue transfer from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to the General Fund for the Revenue Replacement Project. No discussion. All present members approved.
• Denied a 4% increase to the salary and wage schedules for all unclassified jobs in the Appointed employee group, which tends to include high-level managerial employees at the city. Denial was approved by a vote of 8-4.
• Unanimously approved the 4% increase to the salary and wage schedules for the Politically Appointed and Non-Represented employee groups.
• Approved a new position in the Office of Community Safety: Deputy Commissioner Community Safety, by a vote of 10-2, with Council Members Ellison and Wonsley voting no.
